Hi-tech stage II cam
 

How do you guys like them? And I heard from "A Penguin" that they hit your piston? If this was true I dont think they would be in business. But please tell.:icon_special::icon_special::icon_special:

The search function works well. There have been a lot of Hitech cams thread lately. Here is what I found by just typing in "Hitech stage 2 cams":

There are more threads but you get the point. Search around on other forums also and you will find many PTVC with the Hitech Stage 2 cams.

Thanks for the sarcasm, and it wasn't needed to your information, I searched for Hi-tech stage II cam, and came up with stuff but not want I wanted to hear. Thanks for your time.

There have been enough of these threads lately. It gets old. Those two threads I linked are exactly what people think and would be the same stuff they would say in this thread. It's a topic that people will argue about until they're blue in the face and no one will make the other person change their mind.

I personally would never put them in my car even if you paid me. Seems like they are a hit or miss cam. Those who don't have PTVC love them and perform well but obviously the many people that do have PTVC don't like them.

Sounds like I am gonna skip out on the HI techs, I have heard of MHS AND CMS cams, not sure which one to go with or what set up, I just want the BEST SOUND. Thanks, and I did search this.

Talk to Nick at MHS and Jim or Scott at CMS and draw your own conclusion. Either way you will be very satisfied with either.

And BTW for the lilttle 4.6..if you want "The BEST SOUND", you are talking custom grinds. So waht's your definition of "the BEST SOUND". To get that BIG LOPE, you are gonna need all the supporting mods to get all you can get out of the cams.

you can install mhs stage 2 with stock valve springs and not worry about a thing. so i say mhs ftw!

CMS makes a GREAT product and the level of customer service is amazing. That I can tell you for sure! I bought mine used and they STILL gave me the support I needed! +1 for CMS!
