I dont flex at the gime at all, i go to a meathead gym and my 335 pound bench press isnt as impressive as it would be at tue girlie gyms cause my lifting buddies push up 400 and up. Pulled it out doing curls with olympic bench bar, was going for a max weight rep with 140 including bar felt something oull on the left side of my upper back then about 4 hours later i was hurting big time amd now i can bend my neck with out wanting to kill myself

Ive pulled back muscles a bumch of times,once u pull back its prone for life. I should be back in gym friday maybe a light day then be back monday full swing
