I personally am not a fan of any IRS, but even as a die hard ford fan and pure chevy hater there is absolutly no way you can say a 99-01 03-04 mustang IRS is better than a GM IRS that was equipped with the vettes and new camaros.

the Camaros have an IRS and the Vettes have a transaxle. the Cobra IRS is double A-arm and the Camaro one is single. the Camaro one uses the diff cover as a mounting point, which is why they are breaking. the ones from the GTO/G8 are much better than both but GM decided to go the cheap route.

Never looked that deeply into the new chevys, I just assumed the camaro was running the same setup as the GTO/G8.

Anyone else feel like they are losing interest in their cars? I think its starting to set in for me. I haven't driven it in ages and its been like this all year. This is the time of year when I usually get into it too. As my free time continues to become more limited I find that the last thing I want to do is mess with my car. The passion just isn't there anymore. Truth be told, I might be getting out of the game for awhile. The thought of selling it has crossed my mind.
