Its all in the presentation, the connections and the way you look, act and speak. That is 95% of the game

I'm looking to go back to school for accounting. Already have a communications degree but want to be able to go back for what I would be interested in. It will be tough to do with a full time job I'm sure.

My girlfriend has one year left to get her RN, doing that full time and work full time 3-11:30 at night. I'm definitely proud of her.

A HUGE +1

I know people that have stacked qualifications that have been passed over for someone less qualified because they are socially awkward and have poor connections. It's all about who you know.

BTW...I highly recommend anyone trying to get into business to take classes on information and ERP systems. That will set you apart and make you highly marketable.

ERP= Enterprise Resource Planning

huuge major in recent years. The easiest way to describe it is basically as an analyst that also is in procurement and based on budget and resources currently in stock, you take a mathmatial equation, study the trends, and only order more materials/products based on those trends so that the company has the most amount of money as possible in the bank.

in other words, if american muscle sells 5 vortech s trim kits a month, why would they purchase 20 this month rather than purchase 6-7 this month and an additional 6-7 next month as the ones bought this month are purchased. why have 20k in vortech kits in stock when youll only be selling 5 or 6k worth of it this month.

ERP is a major that Bryant College just started a year ago. My brother is currently in it, hes a freshmen this year. This past May's graduating class, 12 graduated with a degree in ERP and all 12 received jobs before graduating all ranging from 82-110k first year out of college.
