Are you talking about a discoloring of the lamps or condensation inside of them?
If its a discoloring and you already tried cleaning them up you should be able to replace them relatively cheap from american muscle. If they have condensation inside of them you can remove them, remove the bulbs and lay them down with the holes up to see if they'll dry up.

I'm the exact opposite, I love traveling by myself. ...until that is, I actually get lost. Driving through Kentucky I swear I actually heard banjos.

About 5 years ago,I was using my phones GPS . ..if the phone doesn't have signal you were boned. lol
