To compare:
03 Mach 1 with stock manifolds MRT catted H pipe and Magnafow full size mufflers: 83dB
03 Mach 1 with stock manifolds MRT catted H pipe and Dynomax VT mufflers: 74dB
04 GTO with Long Tubes, catless midpipes and one 3" Magnapack+1/4 wave pipe: 74dB

 

Anyone think I can slip the tranny out without having to move the headers out of the way, they are Mac LT headers

 

Only one way to find out...try it.

But seriously, I liked going on there in the Video section to waste some time...but recently I have noticed it filling up with the same **** of Cobra owners showing off their stock looking rides with CCW's thrown on and everyone pops a boner. Congrats you spent that much money on wheels you will never USE. I remember when CCW's were far and few, now CCW's are becoming like Saleen wheels or FR500's lol

 

I know how you feel. Local kid around here just got ccws on his sonic termi, makes a hair over 500wheel and all he does is go to car shows and car meets and park sideways. rather depressing

 

Recently that section can be summed up with CCW's, 500+RHWP and GTR's

 

So much hate, do I fall in that category since I have ccw's on my car?

 

And they were bought by his girl friend

 

I don't "hate on" any person in particular. Just pointing out that all you see on there now is "hey guys check out my classics" or "dyno'd the beast today" or "ZR1 vs GTR"

You see one Cobra with classics and a bolt on whipple...you have seen them all lol

Now that said, would I love to own one? YES, but its boring seeing the same things being posted that's all.

 

People say you can with MACs, but looking at the picture i would say no but it might fall back enough u can angle it out of there let us know how it goes.
