Bullitt styling.
Does anybody know of a place that sells trunk lids that have the holes for the spoiler filled? I found a place that sells parts off of wrecked cars, but the price for a Bullitt trunk lid is pretty ridiculous, at least the ones I found. I've seen the trick where you remove the spoiler and plug the holes with plastic plugs, but I was just wondering if anyone had ever experimented with a more clean look.
Also, I've heard that removing the spoiler effects performance over a certain speed. Much truth to that? I don't regularly go above 60 living in a metro area.
Thanks guys.

these spoilers are non functional...do the math on that.
go to a body shop and just get them to fill the holes and respray your trunk. its cheaper to do that than buy a new trunk and get it painted to match your car.

Gotcha. I figured they wouldn't have put it on the Bullitt like that if it made a difference. I was just making sure. Thanks for the input.
I've seen aftermarket carbon fiber wingless trunklids but they are pretty much a waste of time and money.
The only real ways to go about it is to get your holes professional filled with fiberglass at a body shop and get it repainted too.
Or if if you are lucky enough, you can source a V6 trunklid without the wing.
If you want something cheap/temporary that looks as clean as it gets, go to the Home Depot and buy some "nylon locking plugs"...they are low profile and you can paint them to match your car. You need two 3/8" ones and two 5/16" ones.
I used them to cover up the two exposed holes in the front after I mounted my Cobra wing
