Purp you're a ********! Your drop is just as good as mine almost. I'm just slightly lower than H&R SS.

That's good that you didn't get any squeaking from the rear springs. At first the squeaking didn't bother me, but taking friends and girls in the car, i always dreaded them asking why it's squeaking. And it really wasn't worth the drop bc it wasn't noticeable at all... Some people get bigger drops, some dont

Eduardo got .75" drop on his fronts by removing the isos... I got .5"..... Some people get .25", etc... but expect 1/2" drop up front and 1/8" drop out back and of course a minor sound increase at low speeds... That's my take on it.

For the hour that it will take to remove the isos up front, do them. It also in a way helps you feel more connected to the raod as teej said bc there is no longer a rubber flex in between the spring and the control arm when you turn. It's metal to metal which gives you that quick response turning when compared to having isolators. WELL WORTH IT EVERYBODY

I was in the same boat as you all with the pro-kit not being enough drop. As of right now I have rattling rear shocks and squeeky springs with my iso's in. I debated taking the iso's out but decided not to. Instead I ordered new shocks/struts because they were blown and decided on coilovers for the adjustability. Squeeky springs suck and are really annoying and I feel everyone can hear them when I pull up. I did lube them down with motorcycle chain "wax" which really helped.I believe most of my problems came from the sph. bushing u/l control arms I have as they were squeeking also.

This is the exact reason I love my coilovers.

I could use some money for coilovers

I can't go any lower though bc my mustang sucks and the wheel isn't in the middle of the wheel well on the driver side. it's tucked back to the drivers door more. WTF FORD

So with the pro kit and iso's removed, the CC plate are needed? Or might you be able to get away w/o them?

Dont be cheap, just get the C/C plates. If you have money to mod your mustang, then you should have money to mod it right.

Im not being rude, im simply trying to save him money. Buying quality now will save him money in the future replacing cheap parts.
