Is it just me or do you have a space in between your lines? Anyways, whats your budget and what would you like your cars end result to be? You could buy a turbo or supercharger and get it tuned for shy of 400 hp on the stock internals if you have a Gt. If you are not willing to spend a lot of money, buy bolt on parts. For the tranny, get a like a 3200 stall with a shift kit. Is this car daily driven?

get a good set of tires and some suspension. this will make it feel like you added power. power wise, skip the bolt ons. go ahead with some spray or forced induction lke metioned above.

Transgo hd2/Lentech valve body, 3800 stall converter (would call for specific specifications) and 4.10s...also Ford Racing trans cooler.
