I myself prefer 3.08s, I find they give me the best mpg, while still allowing me to row gears down the track.

With the 4.30's how wide would your back tires be at least. With the 4.30's are you going to be constantly spinning 1st,2nd,and 3rd gear.

Tire width really doesn't make a huge difference. I run 315's on the street, but 275's at the track because they grip better.
