Default Brake light Mod

I have a 99 cobra with the amber turn signals. One cracked so instead of paying $279 for a new on I bought a set of all red for $55.

I have 5 bulbs (one for the amber turn signal) and the GT Light only has 4 holes. I was thinking about cutting out the twist lock out of the Cobra light and drilling into the same spot on the GT one.

I am open to other ideas, I just want the turn signal to work some how some way. Thanks for the input.

i think your cheapest option would be to drill a hole for the fifth bulb and stick it in there with RTV. there seems to be a spot that you can just punch out on the lower right-hand corner where the cobra turn signal usually goes

Go to a junkyard and pull the lamp harnesses from a non Cobra car, or better yet order a sequential harness kit.

How would I get the bulb out for replacement? It looks like it is a cap, and I just need to get it off somehow.
