click on search -> advanced search-> type in gears-> select the 4.6 forums on the right hand side and your searching.

99% of people on here will tell you 4.10's and the price to get them installed varies from shop to shop. Just call around and see what you find out.

You need to do some searching around, but i agree with these guys that gears should be at the top of the list.
