Sup guys, so I've been having this weird problem with my car lately and I can't figure out what it could be. It's kinda hard to explain so bear with me.
So first off the car idles totally normal and I can rev it normally when its in neutral. However when the car is in any gear and I accelerate it almost seems to stutter.
For example, I put the car in 1st gear and accelerate normally and when I hit 2K RPM's or so it seems like im hitting a rev limiter and just bounces off it. Same with all of the other gears. It started a couple weeks ago and was really bad and then all of a sudden it just went away. Ive been out of town for the past week so I haven't been driving the car. Then today it was normal until I last drove it like 20 minutes ago and it's doing the same thing again but this time it's not happening quite as bad as it did the first time.
I have absolutely no idea what this could be. I checked all of my piping for a boost leak and it's all sealed tight.
If anybody has any ideas I would love to hear them.

PRetty sure mine does the same thing. It shutters but will climb very slowly if I keep on it.

it happends in 1st gear only and its because im only on a base tune aftr installing my turbo and it gets really rich down low in first. And I am nowere near getting on it for it to do this. Every other gear.is fine. But my problem is its real rich. Idk if yours is similar?

 

My car has been kinda doing this too. Sometimes its worse than other, but I would never say its as bad as hitting a rev limiter...

 

Yeah that sounds extremely similar to mine. All I have to do is just give it a bit of gas. It seems like It could be the tune but I haven't changed it since the car was tuned for the blower so I'm pretty lost on what it could be.

Edit: So I just drove my car again and now it is running fine.
This is really confusing me why it is so inconsistent like this!

 

Anyone else have thoughts on what this could be?

 

Check your MAF and TPS.
