Who do I need to talk to so I can start posting pics? I hate no being able to access everything!

 

I think you need to just keep posting. Once you get to so many posts you start having more access. For example once you get to 50 posts you can list classified ads and sell parts, but not before that. I'll see if I can find the rules and link to them for you.
