full bolt on 2000 Camaro SS

WOW!
I would do it!
The motor in the SS is a nice design and is a very sweet NA opportunity. A cam in that car and it would be AWESOME.
A couple of my reservations in the past when considering an SS were: trans tunnel is wide and eats up WAY TOO MUCH leg/foot room in the car, motor sits nearly half-way under the windshield(so access to work on it is extremely limited), not that Mustang trunks are good, but the trunk in the SS is poor.
I would still do it just for the motor though...

I've talked to him about it before. Not 100% sure this is the issue but he seemed very disappointed when he found out he was very limited to what he could do with his car since the cams were so N/A specific. He would love a KB but his cams won't allow it. To put a KB on he would have to spend a lot of extra money to get it how he wants.

where abouts do you live in michigan? must be a VERY nice area for those prices. I wouldn't pay anything above 9k for a car with your stats around here. there's bolt on/supercharged cars on the detroit craigslist for 10k all the time. and there's deff no way i'd pay 15k for a bolt on ls1. even with the super low mileage. but then again, i'd never buy an ls1 car lol. I think you should stick with the mustang personally. I think you'd be hard pressed to find someone that'll give you 12k for your car. but if you could get that, then i'd sell it no matter if you get the ls1 or buy another mustang.
