Default 1st run at the strip

Well last Friday night I ran my car for the first time ever. First run of my life turned out to be the best of the night with a 13.952 @ 101.19. Needless to say I'm hooked and I am heading back Wednesday night.

If the pic is too big, sorry. Doing this from a phone so im not sure how it looks on a PC.

Great numbers for a first time... you have plenty of time to drop off that 60 ft.

The good thing is this weekend my nice new V2 s-trim goes in. That should lower my times a bit.

If you plan on drag racing alot remember all the power in the world doesn't do squat without traction.

Good run, however that 60ft leaves alot to be desired. Street cars should be in the 1.9xx-1.8xx range.

even with regular summer tires??? geez i got a lot of improving to do.. i could cut at best a high 2.2, still netted me a 13.9 though. my buddy had a lower 2.2 in my car and hit 13.8, wonder how sick my times would be if i could cut a 1.8 on these crappy tires

With all stock suspension, and a 4.10 gear last summer I was consistent 1.90-1.92 60' on 315-35-17 Nitto NT05R's. I could see 2.2 on a stock Auto, but a 5 spd should be able to do better even on regular street tires.
