LSx engines have tons of potential though, to say they are not "that" fast....well then you are getting into the whole mustang vs trans am war again lol

Lets just say stock vs stock an LS1 will whoop a mustang (as it should look at the cubes), modding vs modding the same effect

 

Not even an LT1...if it was an 84, it was an L83, crossfire injected or carbed. 85-91= TPI L98.

That body style, front and rear, is 84-91. LT1/LT4 came in the 92-96 body styles.

good point, guess its like GM guys saying they spanked a blown mustang and guys later finding out it was just a blown PI engine lol

 

Mustangs are also half the price and with the extra money could be better then a stock vette. We could get into this crap all day. Point is, chevy sucks no matter what it is


EDIT: on a side note, check out the 01 z06 vette or so, they're not much more then the termi now, and in all honestly are probably a "better" car. I'd still buy the termi though, I hate vettes they look like ***.

 

only reason I'm partial to LS1's is because I have one and know what they are capable of. I'm not a guy that hates trans am's just becuase I have a mustang, I own both a mustang and an LS1 and my LS1 will woop up on the majority of mustangs out there so thats why I respect them
