Default Ceramic LT Headers?

Those of you with ceramic LT Headers how are the holding up. I hate looking at rust on headers and don't want to spend the extra cash on the ceramics if they are just going to look like crap in a year or 2. So people with the Mac or BBk how are they looking after some use?

I have the Mac Ceramic LT's on my gt for a about 3 years and they held up pretty well, they are starting to rust over, but with the way they are shaped, you really have to look to even see them in the first place

luckily the stock header was laying around and it was stainless anyway. i blew a hole 1x3 inches in the front curve of the header. a good friend had a ceramic full exhaust on his 450 too and it rusted all to he!!. i know offrroad sports are harder on parts but really these systems wasnt that old

It depends on whether it is a real ceramic coating like Jet-Hot, or just some el-cheapo stuff only one or two steps higher than "ceramic" paint from a rattle-can.

If you want the best of all worlds buy stainless and get them coated by Jet-Hot or one of their competitors. The stainless has much lower thermal conductivity than mild steel, add the coating and really keep the underhood temps down...
