Ok so i took some pictures now since its dark out. they kind of teal since im using the stock bulbs so hopefully they get to a more deeper blue when i get my led's. I took a picture far away, then closer so you can see how its a light blue, then i took a picture with my gauges so you can really see how light a blue it is.

I wish they made something like that for the '11 and up cars, I'm over the 60's looking gauges with the big numerals.

As it is not something I will ever own, my '03 will most likely be my last car, I have never been in or even looked inside of a 2005+ Mustang. I guess I must have seen pictures, however it did not register that they had replaced the nice 250° sweep gauges used in the older models with 90° sweep "retro" units--yuk.

My scooter has better gauges:

I wouldn't have minded grabbing a mach 1 or bullitt cluster which has the retro numbers. But I got these gauges for 100 bucks so I jumped on them

It's the condensed sweep arc of the newer gauges that bothers me. We had to deal with crap like that (and slide rule speedometers) in the 60s and 70s because the American auto makers were too cheap to put in decent gauges.

I am a geezer and like the retro look as much as anyone, but there's no need to duplicate the crap as well--my '69 Datsun 2000 had better gauges...
