Default Next step question???

I just came back from deployment and want to do something to my car. I have a 2002 Mustang GT with 87,600 miles on it. I already have SLP Catback 2 exhaust and an uncatted X pipe. I would like to put headers but im not sure what kind to put. I know I want long tubes and stainless steel. SLP has a pair but there $900. thats ridiculous. I also want to chip my car with. which should i do first? also recommend a good pair of LT headers. THX

Are you at macdill? As for long tubes, if you plan to install them, I hope you have a lot of patience caurse its a PITA. Performance wise, I'm not sure how much gain you will see, the stock mani's are pretty good. Just go FI

How much money you got to spend on the car? If you got ~2k, you can piece together a supercharger, but then again, do you want all the power?

if you need stainless then pypes seem to be ok. my buddy has them on his '02 and install/fitment was fine plus they're a good price. i know when pypes first made the lt's a few people had issues but i heard they rechanged how they were and like i said my buddies was fine. for a chip get an sct handheld tuner, i would do them the same time as the headers so it feels like it helps more.
