V8 vs. V6
#101
Going by sales as far is v6 vs v8 holds no watter considering most of the mention specifics already, and on a mustang forum of enthusiasts and gear heads it holds even less water because for the most part no one here is "general public" which some don't even really know the difference between the motors in the first place and just are worried about prices.

As I'm still looking on Craigslist, it is funny that a few who are selling their V6 Mustang are doing so because they want to buy a GT. LOL!
I've got a few GT's I'm liking on there. But wont have the coin for a few weeks.

Is there a section on this forum that is specific to people swapping Injectors, MAF's and/or reflashing their EEC's for the boost?
I would like to do an affordable mod to be able to tune since this kind of vehicle is easy to get that kind of stuff for.
We did Dodge and they don't sell this kind of stuff for reprogramming the PCM's youself.
I do have a nice tuner book somewhere I got several years ago that shows how to remap the MAF's, larger injectors, etc.
Since Ford is highly supported for their EEC it would be cool to be able to plug a laptop in and do just that.
I saw something called Quarterhorse. Looks affordable.
