if properly done, all that grime and sludge will come out with the flush. most times the frush isnt done correctly

I'd suggest taking it to a good shop that uses a transmission flush machine. That is the best way to truly flush it.

Once again thanks everyone for thier help. I took my car to a transmission shop by where I work. They said do not do a flush. They recommend a drain and fill. Do this 3 times and you should have fresh fluid. I'll give it a try. The car just started doing the shudder, shake and its not all the time. Thanks for everyones help.
