Originally i wanted to get SLP Loudmouths but i hear the flowmasters give the mustang a nice muscle car rumble, which is what i'm really looking for. Now i just don't know if original 40s or super 44s would be better. I'm just going to get them welded in. I was hoping i could hear some opinions of the two.

Go with the super 44's. I HAD the super 40's but replaced them with the super 44's which i had welded in. And I can say they are louder! After about 1000 miles after they "broke in" they got really louder than my old super 40"s were. They r a deep aggressive roar.

Mac and magnaflow aren't as deep as super 44 flowmasters.
i was leaning toward the 44s. i called two shops the other day, midas wanted to charge 250$ just for swap weld ins plus other fees if they needed to "add anything to make it right". total bull****.
i wouldnt get flow's but thats just me. depends how loud you want it, but yeah magnaflow, borla, corsa, slp, all good vendors. flowmaster drone too much and arent loud enough for me, but again thats just me .02

not only do they drone, and not sound the best on mod motors, but they will rust and blow the insides out in about 2-3 years
