They dropped mineral gray from the color range after 02 except for a few cobras, and that year they sold just as many MG cars as they did black ones

Good old E9. That's so funny as I had to put a new door on a laser red 98 sixer and blend the fender and quarter. This car was faded pretty bad but I got it to match pretty damn good. It really depends on the number of mid coats to make it darker.

here is my laser red and oh yeah front bumper has been painted due to old people and their love for front plates lol cant tell unless you are right up on it

pretty sure that's red fire, lazer red was more of a fire truck pull me over red in 99-00, 01-03 was redfire, 04 was torch red

Real colors like Dark Shadow Gray (CX) have ten year runs at Ford (2001-2011) unlike stupid flavor of the month flash in the pan crap like Laser Red.

Ford uses bright colors to catch the eye of low IQ buyers. Works almost as well as shiny objects on infants.

Ford got rid of Laser Red along with the Members Only Jacket wearing guy who named it.

Trust me it's laser red. Ran to 2002. Trust me I have the window sticker. Red fire was 03-07. Torch red was available in 02 as well all the way until 04. It was bright red with no metallic. Might want to do some research before posting next time
