Default Which injectors to go with

So I am in the process of upgrading my fuel system for my 2004 mustang gt. I am staying returnless and I currently have a cobra tank with the cobra fuel hat and (2) division x 340lph fuel pumps. I am doing the wire upgrade with a modified fpdm and pprv delete. I am now trying to figure out which injectors to go with. My car is fully built, stroked head and cammed with a vortech v1 s trim and a nx plate nitrous kit. I will be spraying only a 50 shot of nitrous. I am hoping for mid 600whp. should I go with siemen deka 60 or 80 lb injectors for 650whp? I will be running 93 octane. I'd like to go E85 but we have no stations that sell E85 where I live. Thank you for your help!

A v1 S trim on 03 octane/50 shot is going to have one hell of a time seeing 600RWHP on a 2 valve. However......Unless you really over do it there is nothing wrong with going safe with fuel injectors. You can create tuning issues if you put WAYYY too big of injectors in but thats about it. I would just get 80lb injectors and be done with it. 60lb injectors will very likely handle it but that all depends on how much boost you're running and how much horsepower you end up making. I wouldnt get my hopes up on that 650RWHP number though you wont be seeing it on a v1 S trim.

we shall see what it puts down. i think my numbers will be pretty close to 600whp. im saying 650whp because depending on what i put down on this next dyno tune i may up the nitrous jets. i had it dyno-tuned a few months back and on a very conservative tune she put down 475whp and my tuner had to shut down at 5k rpms due to lack of fuel. shes a high revving engine and is seeing most of its power up in the higher RPMS. my tuner said ill definatelly see 550whp on a more aggressive tune and a fuel system to keep up.

Give UPR a call at 561.588.6630 and we can give you the good price on some DW60s or 80s. I'm making over 600rwhp on DW60s and they have great drivability!
