Default Bogging during acceleration

So today i took my car out for a drive and it started to bog in 2nd and 3rd gear. I'd get on it in first and it seemed to be okay, then 2nd was alright but then the car bogged down a little on the acceleration like the car wasnt getting enough fuel or something. There werent any loud noises, although it did sound a bit rougher than normal, like the car was trying hard but just not performing. When i step on it in 3rd it goes, but then theres a lag or bog in the acceleration, im not sure what a misfire feels or sounds like but it sure doesnt sound like everything is running top notch. I've got about 2,000 more miles till I'm due for an oil change, im not sure how long its been on the spark plugs.

Thanks for the help

How old is the fuel filter? How many miles are on your car?

I just replaced fuel filter a couple months ago with a motorcraft one, maybe 2 or 3 months. 91k on the car it's a manual and I'm not sure when the last time plugs and coils were replaced.
