I was wondering what others are doing to keep their new edge mustang legal for the coyote swap. I have an 04. I was informed that I cannot pass an emissions test here in Illinois(Lake County). I was told the motor will not have the same VIN number so it will register as no car. I was also informed "Most register their cars in areas with no emissions, or register them as race car exemption". Here where I live, the emissions are tested by OBD II. Thanks, Ed.
