Talking ELECTRICAL HELP

so I've got a 1999 mustang gt convertible, I was rolling all my windows down yesterday and they completely just up and quit working, neither side window switch will operate a window, I've checked the under the hood fuse and pulled the switch from the drivers side door, I noticed a white and purple wire going the switch was cut I hooked them back up with no change, theres a 20 amp breaker in the fuse box under the dash, could this be my culprit?

If you can't get your answer here,I recommend posting your thread in the 96-04 section, listed at the link below or a moderator might move it to that section for you.I haven't checked to see who the moderator is for this forum,so search for that members name & send him a pm to ask for the help in relocating your thread.

Mine stopped working and I switched the fuse under the dash and started working again. You could start there. Good luck.
