Question 2000 GT misfire problems. Help!

First off I'll give you the upgrades done.
Stage 2 cams
Long tube headers
Off road H pipe
Custom tune

My car started misfiring and running rough, was able to limp it home. Codes were P0300 (random misfire) P1152 (lack of upstream HO2S switch indicates rich bank 2)
I also have the p1000 that won't clear now (system readiness test not complete)

The car starts and idles great for about a minute then progressively gets worse until it sounds like only firing half the cylinders. No codes trip either. (since I cleared them, just the P1000)
My STFT start out @ 14% then dive to -20% or more with no change in the LTFT.
I have no voltage on either O2 sensors downstream. Is it possible the tuner turns them off with no cats? Hard to believe they both just quit working.
Th O2 sensor on bank 1 upstream has a weird signal, kinda stays higher voltage with not much fluctuation indicating a lean condition. The O2 sensor on bank 2 seams to be reversing properly.
Would a lean condition on bank one throw a rich condition on bank 2? Is it as simple as just a bad O2 sensor? Just puzzled by the lack of signal from the downstream O2 sensors.

Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated, I'm really missing my car and summer is fading fast here in the northland.

Faulty Upstream Oxygen Sensor Bank 2

Fuel pressure high or low

MAF sensor dirty/defective

Vacuum leak on engine

Leaking fuel injector or fuel pressure regulator

Faulty Powertrain Control Module

Also if you have an exhaust leak anywhere before the upstream 02 IE, the header gaskets or header flange before the 02s. If no exhaust leaks exist, and you have no vacuum leaks its likely a faulty 02 sensor. My 00 Gt stock had serious misfire issues and it turned out that the 02 sensors were broken internally, when I removed them you could hear a rattle coming from inside. New 02s solved the issue for me.

If you have had it tuned with no cats, then yes the tune shuts those downstream sensor off. Since their only function is to monitor the how well the cats are performing.

Also the P01000 is system not ready, meaning its not ready to be tested for inspection. It will go away once you fix the problem and clear it out, then drive it for the specified distance at a specified speed.
