Default Body Panels

Hows it going everyone. I just bought my first car, an 01 mustang gt convertible. the only problem with is it the rear quarter panels are dented and a little rusted. My friend has an old 01 V6 mustang that doesn't run that I might buy as a parts car, would the V6 quarter panels and hood fit on the GT?
Thank you much!
