Not worth it. Changes the sound but not a whole lot in performance. Leave them alone.... Just MHO

I think brenspeed dynoed the pypes off road h pipe and got 8 rwhp...you will need a tunner to turn off the rear o2 sensors so you dont get a code

I have the off road x-pipe that did away with the cats.Sounds great and will give you a 5-8 hp increase.Everyone says that you will need a tune after doing this due to the o2 sensors but I did'nt have this problem.Hope this helps you out.

The cats are necked down on both ends. This is probably the source of restriction more so than the brick inside the cat. A muffler shop that knows what they are doing could cut this necked down portion off and replace with true 2 1/2" pieces.

I saw that Pypes H pipe on Ebay for $99

Do you mean the sound is better or it rips via 1/4 mile improved performance?

Do you backfire when letting off the throttle with these things? I'm prolly gonna get one (OR/X or OR/H - still cant decide) after my 1st dealer oil change/inspection is done.

I'm tempted to sell mine. Only because I want to redo the entire exhaust. (Probably will cost around $2k.) They are the Pypes Off Road H-pipe and it also has a Bung that Fred installed. So you can A) Have something to plug into when you're on the Dyno and find out your A/F or, to hook it up to a gauge. Not sure yet what I want to do. (This also means I have to crawl back under there and put my old one back on, which of course means I hope the shop saved my old ones. )
