Looks like we have more cam choices now than just COMP.

Crane: stage 1,2 and 3

Crower: stage 1, 2 and 3

Crane stage 3 specs: Lift , in-552 / ex-600 Duration , in-284 / ex-300
These should be a lopie *****

just real quick:
lift is how far the cam will open the valve to let air in or out of the cylinder. measured in inches usually. .500 lift just means it lifts the valve a 1/2 inch.
duration is how long it stays open. measured in degrees of crank rotation. 280duration means the valve is open during 280 degrees of the cranks totalrotation of 360 degrees.
higher numbers on both of these are more aggressive cams and usually will increase the rpm range of the engine or change the power curve to peak at a higher rpm.
the rest is too technical for me to explain cause half of it i really don't get. i just know what works for a given rpm range and target hp. i let the cam company set me up with all the specs. they know this stuff much better so i trust them to help with my decision.
