I have a C&L CAI with an SCT Calibrator 2 and was running a 91 Octane Torque Tune. My Check Engine light came on and the dealership is having trouble turning it off. The engine is tripping codes indicating the engine is running too lean. Even with the factory tune re-installed, the code keeps tripping due to "long term memory".
Has anyone else had this problem and, if so, how did you fix it?

UPDATE:

All is well. I have replaced the CAI to factory issue and, using the SCT Calibrator, I've removed the codes. The engine light has gone out and I've received new tunes from Doug. I'll put the C&L and new tune back in the car later in the week.

 

Did you also replace the CAI to the stock box and filter?
