Spydershaft ordered!

Spydershaft ordered!
Well, decided to spring for the DS.
Hopefully the install is easy and the pinion angle doesn't need adjusting as I can't afford adj LCA. But I am at stock ride height so it "should" be okay.
Gonna put on the SS lines, fluid and pads to since I have them sitting around.
With the mods in my sig, what is my best "POTENTIAL" 1/4 time and speed?
I know some will say, your 1/4 mile time is what you actually run and not some BS you should run. However, since I don't go to the track, I was wondering where my car stands in the pecking order.
Thanks, and I will update when the DS is in.
Thanks Ron!

RE: Spydershaft ordered!
thanks it will go out this week!
i'd say 12.90's with traction and 13.0-13.20 without traction. driving technique means a lot too. i've seen some guys run incredible times (mid-high 12's)with very minimal mods on stock tires.

Ahh . . . high 12's that sounds great!
I was wondering if CAI, good tune, UDPs, 4.10s, O/R X, and DS wound get into the 12's?
Might have to take a trip to the track after I ge some new rubber.

Elevation? Temp? Humidity?
Elevation? Temp? Humidity?
Add to that your driving skills...a well driven car vs a not so well driven car can mean the difference between mid-12s and mid-13s...or worse.

I hear you,
Like I said I was just trying to get a potential best from my mods with the idea of being closer to sea level, low temp in the 60's, with low humidity.
I don't know how well or poorly I could get down the 1/4 mile, I was just wondering what the best time I 'could' get with my mods.

I ran a 12.89 with a 1.84 60' 106.99 trap with my current mods and sticky (borrowed) tires. I have a dynotuned car with full suspension and a few bolt ons stock 3.55 gears.

RE: Spydershaft ordered!
In 60-70 degree weather, close to sea level, and about 50% humidity, I ran the 12.9 in my sig with close to the same mods as you (I didn't have gears but I did have LCAs and the front swaybar delete...this was on street tires). I backed it up with another 12.9 20 minutes later so it was no fluke. You having a stick, you have greater potential for a lower time if you can get out of the hole and shift well down the track. If you could get a 1.90 60' on street tires, I would guess you could run 12.8s or 12.7s. Getting out of the hole with 4.10s on street tires is no joke tho...that'll hurt you in the beginning but the gears will help down the track once you hook up. I found I ran the best times launching at 1200 rpm even though I spun a little, launching lower than that would hurt me since it was such a slug getting out of the hole.
