Problem, please help!
Okay, so disconnect the DS and rotate 180 degrees and try it again.
I was told by Ron that if your car is lowered less than 1.5" or less you do not need a pinion angle adjustment. I am at stock ride height and Ron told me I shouldn't have to worry about pinion angle change.
I have heard rotate the DS 45, 90, and 180 degrees. Should I start at 180 and keep rotating until it gets better? What do you torque the bolts to? 40 ftlbs?

I'd rotate 180 to start withand as far as torque on the bolts it seems 36 ftlbs come to my mind but don't take my word for it. I could be confusing that with something else. I hope you resolve your problem, the noise you describe probably can't be heard unless windows are rowed up and radio is off. There were quite a few threads on this a year or so ago. Good luck and let me know the outcome.
