From what I understand though, there was a phase in which Ford Racing had motive make their gears.
What I just read on another Mustang forum was that gears with the part number ending in M or N are Motive made, while
gears ending in A are Ford made.

Anywho, I just sent Ninosport an e-mail asking if they really have them in stock, but I'm still sticking with the Motives. Can't beat paying $50 cheaper *if* they're the same thing.

They're here! (..finally. Gears got lost in the UPS system)
But both products just arrived!

Anywho, here are what the Motives look like. Nothing special haha.
But I was surprised to see they're made in Italy [&:], that and they're OLD! (Made Jan 8th, 2005!)

Install is to come this Monday morning for $300, I'll report back and give the status of how they perform. (Pleaaaase don't whine!)

Alright, this sucks. I was going to order some FRPP gears soon too. So they're not making them for the 7.5 anymore? Does that include the T-lok too?

FRPP gears were discontinued awhile back, and it's just about now that remaining supplies from vendors who had themare gone. There are a few other gear manufacturers for the 7.5. I chose Motive because it seems the next popular alternative to FRPP, then I would have chosen Strange, then Richmond etc..

The T-loks I believe are still being produced by Ford, and if they're not, there sure is a good amount of vendors out there that have lots of them for good prices!

Guess I will be ordering them sooner than I had planned. Thanks.

I installed my 4.10s & T-Lok ($50 for the gears/T-Lok, pulled from a Minivan) a couple of weeks ago and no rearend noise so far.

My only reget is that I waited 2 years to install the 4.10! Now I want LCA......

**MOTIVES INSTALLED*

Dropped my Pony off early this morning and took quite some time.
No probs came about except the installers chose to replace the bearings and had to go buy them.
Also, The crosspin DOES NOT go back into the T-lok with the bigger gear. Yukon sells the notched pin, or
your shop can (and was able) to notch my original pin.

T-lok and Motive 4.10s installed and filled up with Royal Purple...
No complaints! (so far)

Only -very faint- whine is on deceleration, other wise, if your installer measures everything up right, you will have no probs!

-Update to come when gears broken in [8D]
