I am N/A and they are worth it in my opinion. It not a mind blowing difference. But you can feel the extra power and the engine revs a little bit faster.

if you are staying NA then its a good, standard mod. if you go FI then you will use your stock pulley, that is why you want to think about it up front because you will have to revert to stock if you end up going the FI route. effects:not anythingyou might notice, other than perhaps a slightly higher rev. 100-200 extra rpmmaybe at warm idle. i've seen no other effects after 9 months although it is not a DD.
many of the NA mods are like this: moderateHP gains which might not give you a seat-of-the-pants effect (except of course CAI and tune and from what I understand a one-piece DS and gears, these you should feel) but taken together will increase your performanceand HP depending on what they are.

Do you use the stock pulley if you go the turbo route? or just SC?

If you're staying NA, then do it. Even with a turbo setup they'd be ok to use, just not a supercharger. You can feel a little difference, but like someone said before, it's nothing mindblowing.

Black08gt be careful before you open up a can of worms... I've seen similar threads on the same topic get out of hand! lol As mentioned in other replies if you plan on going SC then don't do it, but if you are staying NA then do it and don't look back. I was on the fences about doing it myself because so many people said they were not worth it, but once I did it I noticed it revved a lot quicker and pulled alil harder. I did notice a slight increase in MPG as well. Most of the critics of UDP's simply don't have them....hmmm I went with Steeda. I have pretty kicka$$ installation instructions that I can email you if you want (word doc.)
