RE: Need to replace my axle assy, which, where to get? do I need a tune?
you can change the gear ratio yourself using your tuner, and yes newtakeoff is a great company, i would get a 4.10 takeoff from them no doubt!

If money is no object Currie makes a Ford 9" rear end thats is a direct bolt on, About $1,300 for the housing and another $1,000 for the third member with gears. It would be a bullet proof set up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This has always bothered me about their take off rear ends. How can they have take off rear ends with 4.10 gears when no mustang came with 4.10's from the factory? clearly they are installing the gears, but I'm not sure i'd want them doing that. If there's a problem with gear whine you are SOL.
