but since you seem to have a lot of money to buy a +35k GT with a bodykit, then just buy a Whipple and some good tires!
Have fun!

RE: HELP PLEASE!!
OK, I am sorry but I am unclear if you are asking for advice on Brands or just what to get first? If you are looking for brands do a search, there is plenty of info out there on the various brands and resellers. If you are looking for advice on what to do first, it depends on what your immediate and future goals are for the car. Do you want to keep it N/A, or are you looking to use a power adder such as FI or Nitrous in the near future? Is this your DD, or is it primarily a weekend warrior/track car?Basically, more info please

RE: HELP PLEASE!!
If you're going to buy a programmer, make sure you get an SCT. I say this because most dyno shops that specialize in tuning mustangs only work with SCT programming. As far as a first mod, i'm with MX07GT. A cold air intake / tune is the 1st mod anyone should do to their car. Besides that its the best bang for the buck, all the better cold air intakes (CAI's) come with programmers (SCT) which you will need in the future; whether you are updating your tune or changing your gear ratio from gears like you mentioned.
With that said; i would check out www.brenspeed.com
My recommendation on a CAI is Steeda or C&L.
Like MX also said; if you have money, skip on a CAI and buy a supercharger. Best power adder by far. I would either get a HO Kenne Bell or HO Whipple Supercharger. TOP OF THE LINE.

RE: HELP PLEASE!!
Wow.. would you like us to drive it for ya to? For me, half the fun of modding the car is the research.. figuring out what I want from the car, my budget, and the comparing the parts to that.
My suggestion, is to take a step back, think about what you want from your car, what you expect and what, if any compromises you are willing to make. From there, I would read up on every sticky/FAQ/writeup that is available on these forums, and figure that info into what you decided... THEN, if you still need advice, ask specific questions about thing...
... but broad questions like you threw out there will lead to just one thing... a car that will not be what you want, thrown together in a mish-mosh of styles, and be mediocre at everything, and good at nothing.
