All good advice above, especially lifting the battery lead to reset the ECM AND to buy a CAI & tuner combo. Even if you DIDN'T have a hesitation problem, the CAI & tuner is a must IMO.

Let us know how things go.

Which CAI and tune would you recommend?

JLT is also a popular CAI, and BamaChipsis another supplier ofCAI/tuner packages.

Well.. I disconnected the battery and also cleaned the MAF sensor. Waited about 4 hours, re-installed the MAF sensor and connected the battery. Took the car for a spin and the car is still the same.... I am gonna try the recalibrate of the gas petal and Throttle plate and see if that makes any difference.

What about the canned tunes that come with the CAI / tuner combo's? I keep hearing how canned tunes are not the way to go.......

w/ CAI and tune thecustom/emailone should be sufficient, no real need for a dyno tune
JLT is super easy install 20 minutes or less,i really like the JLT it ischeap, easy install, and one of the best performance, and looks great in the engine.

when you say hesitation, you mean it doesnt have that throw your head back torque off the line?

I mean when i stomp the gas pedal, it takes about 3 to 5 seconds before it REALLY kicks in and takes off. Doesn't matter if its a rolling start, dead start or cruising at highway and speed and then going to pass..its a hesitation that is annoying the crap out of me
