Default Check Engine P0340

Hey guys I just stopped for gas and after filling up I got a check engine light, I went home and checked it and its Code P0340 CAM POS.
I'm guessing that's a camshaft position sensor? I have an 06 Auto stock motor with magnaflow catted X and SLP's. I havent noticed any noises and the car seems to drive normally. Should I keep driving on it, I have a couple classes to go to tomorrow so I'm a little worried.

Sorry guy, your alternator is about to die. The errors relate to the sensors not getting enough power...soon your alternator will not be able to put out enough power and your car will slowly die....[&o] Its a pretty common problem with the 05 and 06. It's covered under warranty, unless you passed the 36K mark. then you can go to Rockauto.com.They carry the motorcraft replacement that is used in the 07+, around $400.

If not under warranty, may as well go aftermarket.
