has anyone had any work done at either JDM Engineering in Freehold NJ or at Evolution Performance located in Pa. right outside of Philly. I am Looking at these shops for a gear install and tuning.

 

If I was near JDM I would give them a try, they seem on top of their game and you don't hear anything bad about them. They have always helped me with advise on forums or on the phone. Top notch if you ask me.

 

Both of those shops would be great for a gear install and tune.

 

JDM don't bother, they have horrible service especially when comes to actually work on cars. Their tunes even mail order are fantastic but it takes them FOREVER to get your car done.

Have you ever heard of Tillman Speed? They are also is Aston, Pa and have a very good rep.

I just had JDM do a Saleen S/C install and a Roush clutch. I have no complaints in their customer service or work. Both times I went there they drove me where I needed to go. They can be a little pricey though.
I used to use Mustang Magic, but I will make the drive from LI to NJ anytime I want some work done that I cant do.

 

Mustang TRAGIC!!!!! I'ld rather make the trek to Jersey too. LOL

Fred at EVO gave me price of 1250.00 for C&L race cai, SCT3 and gears installed and dyno tuned. the cai n tuner was 575 by its self

JDM said gear install is 4hrs of labor at 90bucks an hr. 275 for parts

im going to call Tillman today...oh joy!
