i dont normally post here. but my friend has a 07 gt auto. already has coil overs intake, custom tune and just got 4.10's. I don't know to much about the new mustangs and trannys ratios but with those 4.10 what till his top speed be? and does anyone know how fast he'll be in the 1/4 mile. i know with manual t5 tranny we top out at 111mph w/ 4.10's (manual), so i cant imagine his top speed being very high.

His top speed will be limited by aero-dynamics. He will probably be able to hit 140+

As for 1/4 mile, on street tires he'll probably mid-low 13's.

 

o wow i thought he'd only have a top speed of like ~100.

 

A stock GT with 3.55's will top out over 140 MPH at approximately 4,500 RPM. With 4.10's it's around 5,000 RPM. But he still should have no trouble hitting 140. These will also differ based on tire size.
