Default Car squeals when slowing (without applying brakes)???

When I romp on my car a bit, it squeals when slowing down under 20-30 mph or so. It will continue to squeal with and without the brakes applied, with and without the motor running AND with and without the clutch engaged.

Any clue what this could be? It has to be something that is linked to heat, because it didn't do it the dead of winter, but now that it's getting warmer here, it will squeal after just a bit of aggressive driving.

It's probably transmission/driveline related, but what? I want to be specific when I take it to the dealer. It sounds like it coming from the behind the engine under the car.

Oh, one last thing, I don't think it squeals in the rain. Could something under the car need lubrication and the rain actually provides lubrication? Do the driveshaft bearings need lube? They should be sealed, right?
