Default Anti-squat/relocation brackets

Is an anti-squat bracket the same as a relocation bracket, but without the multiple holes? What might you typically gain in 60ft. times with stock tires, nonadjustable LCA's and antisquat/relocation brackets? Will adjustable lowers change the pinion angle just like the upper?

Yes, they are the same as relos. The gain is dependent on you skills. It will help the rear wheels plant better. Adjustable lowers can be used to change the pinion angle, but it is a lot easier with the upper because you only have one adjustment to make. With lowers, you have to adjust both and getting them to be the same can be a PITA.
