CAI ?

I have a steeda CAI works fine. They are all pretty much do the same thing and have very similiar numbers as far as hp gains. I would probably contract Brenspeed.

You will also need a new tune for your car.

Because you are going to need a tune, and I don't believe American Muscle does tunning. If you purchase everything from Brenspeed including a tune, if you change something on your car they will adjust your tune for cheap. If you have someone to tune your car then American Muscle is fine.

Im doing alot of research on this right now and from everything ive gathered so far brenspeed for manual bama for auto but for the very best gains you need to get your car tuned on a dyno as far as the cai unit you choose just get one that requires a tune, any of the ones you listed are great choices.

The tunes from AM and other "canned" tune providers don't match the performance of those custom tunes from Bama and Brenspeed. Also, your customer support from the latter is top notch. Buy your combo from Bama or Brenspeed.
Note that the CAI is your choice. All of the CAI's that require a tune are equivalent in performance and are roughly 20% of the total gain of the combo. It's the tune that's the kicker. Buy the CAI based upon what suits your eyes and wallet.
If you're looking to squeeze every ounce of power out of your engine, then a dyno tune is the only way to go. But for a DD and casual track or motor-X, then custom tunes are just fine.
