delete plates
I have a few questions..I've heard of people removing the motor on the intake manifold, i believe its for the motion plates??
Is it ok to leave the motor off and the motions plates, no use for it? Of course you need a tune for it..
I'm guessing in this picture, thats the motor people remove and the motion plates are the things inside the "delete plates"

The motor and the CMCV plates are moved completely, the CMCV plates are replaced with ones that don't have the valves. You can't just remove the plates and motor and put the manifold back on the motor, it won't fit.

+1. you can take the stock motion plates off and remove the butterflies then put them back on. This would save you some cash but alot of vendors give free updates with thier delete plates so you might end up saving 100$ doing it this way. vendor update tunes are usally 50$

ok i know that the new CMCV plates replace the old ones, I was just wondering if you remvoe the motor on the front or not..
Which you just told me you do haha..
I bought the Steeda delete plates, so i remove the motor on the front and then just replace the old CMCV plates with the new Steeda plates, right. and leave off the motor on the front, and the arm things??
