Default Slight stutter at launch

I recently got a CAI and tune from Brenspeed and took it to the track. I noticed when I launched it seemed like the car would go fall on its face for a minute and then take off again. Almost like a quick stutter. It never did that before the tune it was always smooth. I launced the same from when I didn't have it and when I did have it. I was wonderin if anyone else has experienced anything like this. I'm sure it hurt my times as I had the same 60' before the tune and was runnin the same exact times with my CAI and tuner.

You should send an email to Brenspeed.

What is your 60's. Is it bogging? or just a hesitation?

My 60 is 2.28 and 2.32. Its not really a bog just a slight hesitation. Because it still goes but not hard almost like a dead spot. Maybe its a dead spot in the tune. It happens around like 2,500 or so RPMS because I launch at like 2,250. So it goes and then kinda waits and then it hits hard again all at once.

One quick & dirty fix => Launch at an rpm higher than where the hesitation occurs.

Also:
If the ambient temperature was higher when you raced with the CAI & tune, then that will lower your engine's power output.
Allowing your engine to cool off for at least 30 minutes after arriving at the track should help increase its power output.
Reinstalling the tune while the engine is cooling off may help to increase your engine's performance.(This assumes that you drove the car conservatively prior to arriving at the track.)
