Unless you can handle the extra air flow (i.e., FI or heavily modded internally), it won't do much if anything at all. The stock TB flows as much as the engine can handle unless you have mods that need much more air.
EDIT:
OOPS. Just read your sig. N/M... DOH!

Not worthy on a pre TB FI source, and why do you want to spend more if you are still on the stock SB risking on breaking it if you still want more a pulley change will absolutely kill that TB HP per buck wise.

Pulleys aren't always the answer, you can only spin a blower so much before it passes efficiency and the charge starts to cavitate. The TB removes instake restriction allowing for more VOLUME, thats what makes HP not boost, you can 30psi of 1000 cfm or you can 20 psi of 1400cfm and make more power with the 20 then the 30

I vote pulley change instead of new TB. The 2200 Paxton is not anywhere near maxed out at 455 hp. Another 2 psi with some tuning would be just fine.
Lito did mention the SB. I would be concerned pushing it past this limit also. We all know the dangers of FI and stock motors.
