Default Problem please help..

first problem - at full throttle the rpm goes up normally then at 3-4500 it goes up reaaaaly slow n i feel like something is pulling it back..then at 5000 it goes back to normal...its as fast as a corolla btw..soo i re-flash it to factory tune..it runs a little faster but still not as fast as it was..they told me air/fuel is more lean..
n im guessing the throttle body may not be working properly..

the other problem is when i press the clutch the rpm goes up?! after re-flash to factory tune it doesnt go up but takes ages to go down...

please if any one could give any help or advice to wat the problem might be.. i'd appreciate it..

Contact your tuner and get a new tune.
